Our visit was primarily focused on hiking the Quilotoa Loop, and staying at this hotel greatly enhanced our experience. Everything about our stay was delightful, but I was particularly impressed by the private bathroom facilities, which were new and very well-maintained. The room provided a wonderful view of the city, making our time there even more enjoyable. The hospitality from the staff, who were consistently warm and accommodating, truly made a difference. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and extend my gratitude to the team for their exceptional service.
